The client will expect for you to have way for them to communicate issues and have them solved in a timely manner. As you grow your business this task can become a challenge. There are several ways to overcome this challenge.
# Customer Calls
At least once a month you should contact your client to see how the service is going. You client needs to know that you are catering to them and you are willing solve any cleaning issues.
# Customer Visits
You should schedule a customer visit with the client to see the work site from the customers view. The goal is to walk the space with client if they are available. These visits also help build a solid relationship with the client. Customer visits should be done monthly if the contract amount is $1000 or more per month.
# Work Order System
Work orders can be used as a tracking system of issues to help provide better service. You can use software or email. You will need to set up a system where your client can report issues or needs for additional services.
