The are some basic equipment that you will need to service most clients. The size of the clients location and the details of your service agreement will determine any additional equipment you will need.

Vacuums

Removes dirt from carpets in areas and rooms. It has hand tools that can be used to vacuum furniture and get debris in hard to reach areas on the floor.

Wide Area Vacuum

Removes dirt from large carpeted areas and corridors.

Backpack Vacuum

Removes dirt from carpets in areas and rooms. Can be used to vacuum furniture and get debris in hard to reach areas on the floor. Also can do high dusting such as vents.

Wet and Dry Vacuum

Removes dirt, debris and water from floors and carpets. It has a large collection tank to collect large amounts of water or debris.

Floor Machines

Low Speed Floor Machine

Uses pads and brushes to remove dirt on hard floors. Also used to take layers off or strip all layers of floor finish.

Square Orbital Floor Machine with Weights

Uses pads to remove dirt on hard floors. Also used to take layers off or strip all layers of floor finish without the use of chemicals.

Orbital Floor Machine With Tank and Sprayer

Multi-purpose machine used to scrub floors, clean grout in restrooms and clean carpets. Also used to take layers off or strip all layers of floor finish.

Walk Behind Floor Scrubber

Faster and more effective way to remove dirt from floors with out mopping. Uses pads or brushes to clean floors. It is battery powered and has large tanks to cover more square footage.

Compact Walk Behind Floor Scrubber

Faster and more effective way to remove dirt from floors with out mopping. Uses pads or brushes to clean floors. More effective in small areas It may be corded or battery powered and has small tanks.

Stand On Floor Scrubber

Used to perform heavy duty cleaning to restore carpets to a like new condition. More effective for small areas due to the small tanks.

Walk Behind Carpet Extractor

Used to perform heavy duty cleaning to restore carpets to a like new condition. More effective for small to medium size areas. Can be used for interim cleaning of carpets.

Box & Wand Carpet Extractor

Used to perform heavy duty cleaning to restore carpets to a like new condition. Typically will have a higher PSI which makes it a very powerful extraction tool. Also may have a water heater for additional cleaning power. Effective in all areas due to the large tanks and long hoses. Can be used for interim cleaning of carpets.

Stand On Carpet Extractor

Used mainly for interim cleaning of large areas. Has the power to provide deep extraction cleaning.

Floor Sweepers

Compact Sweeper

Used to pick up debris while keeping dust under control. Most effective in areas that need quick cleaning and low noise level.

Walk Behind Floor Sweeper

Used for picking up debris in medium to large ares. Typically are manually or battery powered.

Ride on Floor Sweeper

Used for picking up debris in large areas. Battery powered to cover a large amount of square footage per hour.

Specialty

Electrostatic Sprayer

Used to effective distribute chemicals on surfaces. Typically hand held or backpack models are available. These tools are used for sanitizing, decontamination, pest control and odor control.

Mister

Used to spray disinfectant on surfaces to kill viruses, bacteria, and mold. The misters can be used in schools and hospitals.

Multi-Purpose Cleaning Machine

Built with multiple tools on board to effectively clean floors, walls, sinks, toilets. Can be used to detail clean restroom and kitchen areas.

Escalator Cleaner

Used to effectively clean escalator tracks.

Steam Cleaner

Uses high heat to clean and sanitize surfaces. can be used to clean medical equipment, grout, elevator tracks, showers, floors, stainless steel, commercial ovens, and other surfaces.
