# Cleaning Contract

The contract you prepare for your client should be very detailed and specific to the cleaning industry. It should also be in your benefit.

What To Include:

  1. Monthly price
  2. Prices for special services
  3. Expiration date
  4. Payment type
  5. Payment terms
  6. Yearly price increase
  7. How many days needed to cancel contract
  8. Frequency of service
  9. Scope of work

Your contract will also contain other legal jargon to make sure both parties abide by the contract. The goal is to put anything in the contract that will need to be enforced. You are only as strong as your contract.

# Service Plan

Your client is expecting to have an always clean appearance of their office or building. You will need a plan that adheres to their expectations. You will need to adjust the cleaning frequency of what is cleaned and when based on your days of service. If the service is one day a week then everything should be cleaned each week on that day. If the service is 5 days a week than dusting may be done 3 times a week.
