# Quality Assurance
The key to growing your business is by maintaining a high quality cleaning service. This task may come easy if you do the cleaning yourself. The trick is maintaining high quality service when you have several employees. You will not be able to be at every work site every night. The key is to have systems in place.
# Training
Employees need guidance and detailed methods of performing the service. The better trained and informed your employees are the better service you will be able to provide.
On the job training is very effective. Work side be side with the employee so they know exactly how to perform the service to your expectation. Even if they have cleaning experience, they have no idea what you or the client expects.
# Duty Sheets
Duty sheets list all the task that need to be done each night and serve as a reminder. Duty sheets can be uploaded on to their phone or you can provide a web link. A laminated paper copy will also work. Duty sheets are derived from the service plan you developed in your contract.
# Inspections
In order to ensure you are providing quality service you will need to inspect the work. This means going to each location and seeing what was completed and what needs improvement. Inspections need to be done frequently so the employees know that you will be checking. They should also know the results so they can improve the quality of their cleaning.
# Customer Surveys
Ultimately the only opinion of the service that matters is the clients. You may feel that you are doing a good job. However, the client will need to be surveyed to confirm this. Customer surveys can be sent by mail or email. You can also have them fill out a form online.
